Shipping
We use nearly 100% recycled packing materials. Most of the boxes are re-purposed. For interior packing we use discarded newspaper, bubble wrap and any other type of "used" paper.

We typically ship once a week - usually on Friday via FedEx or UPS. Please allow 7 days for packing and then 5-10 days for delivery. If you need your item sooner lets us know and we will do everything to make sure you get it ASAP!

We use Greyhound Express, and Plycon white glove delivery for large items. Please email us with your zip code for a shipping quote before you buy anything that doesn't ship via FedEx - such as a sofa or chair. We ship our Greyhound items every Saturday.

Even with the inconvenience of having to pick up an item from Greyhound, many of our clients have no problem using them, as they are easy to deal with, timely, cost effective, and handle items with care. Shipping times vary, but anticipate 5-7 days for east coast and 7-10 days for west coast Greyhound delivery. If your item ships by Greyhound and you fail to pick it up within 72 hours, storage fees will accrue at a rate of $2 per day thereafter. Storage fees are your responsibility.

Plycon delivery times vary based on their delivery schedule. It may range from 2-7 weeks from pickup depending on your location. Remember, we are in Florida, so shipping to WA may take over a month. Please understand that once a shipment is picked up and paid for via Plycon, you are now responsible for communicating with them. They are a third party shipping company and completely separate from Junk2Funk - we recommend them as a convenience to you. 

We insure all items shipped with Greyhound and Plycon. If you need insurance on an item being shipped FedEx or UPS, please let us know.

Refunds and Exchanges

Each item in our store is unique and vintage. All of our items are pictured and described to our best ability and imperfections are disclosed. All items are vintage/used and must be expected to have normal wear for their age. We do not give refunds or accept returns. All items are sold "as is."

However, if your item arrives damaged and is insured, you may file a claim with the shipping company.

Layaway
We do offer layaway, please convo us to make arrangements. Timely payments are appreciated, if you fail to make a payment your order may be cancelled and re-listed. Any payments received are retained for storage and inconvenience. 

Restocking Fee
If you do buy a item without getting a shipping quote first there will be a 10% restocking fee if you decide to ask for a refund.
